Article 425

File of the Association

The file of each association entered in the register shall contain:

(a)

the name of the association together with its progressive number;

(b)

the statutes of the association, and the amendments made to such statutes, together with the date of such statutes or amendments;

(c)

the name of the directors of the association, or of the persons empowered to represent it;

(d)

an indication of the secondary residences which the association may have; and

(e)

the decision taken to dissolve the association and the names of the liquidators, where appropriate.
