Article 398
3. Convocation by the Court
(1)
Where the board, of management fails to convene the general meeting whenever, it is bound to do so, the general meeting shall be convened by the Court on the application of one or more associates.
#(2)
In such a case, the Court shall make the necessary provisions for the chairmanship of the meeting.
