Article 426
General Meetings. - 1. Convocation
(1)
The office of associations shall be informed in due time whenever a general meeting of an association is held.
#(3)
It may prescribe any measure it thinks fit to ensure the good functioning of the general meeting as regards in particular the manner and times of convocation, the order of the day and the holding of the meeting.
