Article 408
Capacity
(1)
An association may perform all civil acts which are consistent with its objects. It shall perform such acts through its organs of management.
#(2)
An association may sue or be sued. For this purpose, it shall be represented by such person or persons as are so authorized by the memorandum of association or the statutes.
#(3)
Correspondence may be addressed to and notices may be served on the association or its president without it being necessary to specify the organs qualified for receiving such correspondence or notices.
