Article 392
Dismissal of Directors
(1)
The general meeting may at any time dismiss the directors without prejudice to their right to any remuneration which has been agreed upon.
#(2)
This right of dismissal may neither be restricted nor excluded where the directors are dismissed for good cause, in particular where they have committed a serious breach of duties or are unable to manage properly the affairs of the association.
