Article 429

Where statutes have been amended, a copy of the amended statutes shall be deposited with the office of associations, within thirty days the approval of the amendment by the general meeting.

Such copy shall bear on the cover the words “Text as amended on...”.

Amendments of the statutes may not be set up against third parties so long as such amendments have not been declared to the office of associations, unless it is proved that the third parties were aware of the amendments.
