Article 410
Extra-Contractual Liability of the Association
(1)
An association shall be liable for the acts and omissions of its directors and employees, whenever such acts and omissions have taken place in the execution of the functions which it is their duty to perform and which entail liability.
#(3)
The provisions of the Title of this Code relating to Noncontractual obligations shall apply in this regard.
