Article 397
2 Right of Associates
(1)
A general meeting shall be convened whenever such number of associates as is fixed by the statutes asks for its convocation.
#(2)
If the statutes are silent in this regard, a general meeting shall be convened if one-fifth of the associates so require in writing and specify the purpose of the meeting.
