Article 375
Exercise of the Rights of an Associate
(1)
Unless otherwise provided in the memorandum of association or in the statutes, an associate may not exercise his rights as an associate through a third person.
#(2)
An associate may not exercise his rights as an associate unless he has previously paid the subscriptions which he owes to the association.
