Article 384
2. Statutes
(1)
The statutes may limit the powers of the directors or regulate the manner in which such powers are to be exercised.
#(2)
Their provisions may not be set up against third parties unless the statutes have been deposited in the office of associations or it is proved that the third parties were actually aware of such provisions.
