Article 417
Liquidators. - 1. Appointment
(1)
Unless otherwise provided by the memorandum of association or the statutes or ordered by the Court, an association shall be liquidated by such persons as have been entrusted with its management.
#(2)
In default of such persons, the association shall be: liquidated by one or more liquidators, appointed by the Court.
