Article 419
3. Liability
(1)
The liquidator shall be liable to the association and to the creditors of the association for the damage which he causes to them through any mistake which he may make in the exercise of his functions.
#(2)
The question of his liability to the association may be raised by any of the associates who has exercised the functions, of director of the association during the five years preceding the institution of the action.
