Strictly Personal Nature

Any agreement or undertaking whereby a person binds himself to make a will of a certain content, or grants to another person the power to make, modify or revoke a will on his behalf shall be of no effect.

A person may not entrust a third person with the task of determining how and on whom his succession is to devolve.
