Article 776
Legacy in Favor of the Poor
(2)
Unless the contrary is proved, it shall be deemed to be made in favor of the poor of the place where the testator had his principal residence at the time of his death.
#(3)
The authority qualified to accept the legacy and to give effect to the intention of the testator shall be prescribed by regulations.
