Article 774
2. Effects
(1)
Unless otherwise expressly provided by the testator, a legatee by universal title shall be assimilated to an heir-at-law.
#(2)
In particular, he shall be called to receive the whole succession in default of any other legatee or heir-at-law.
#(3)
The testator may expressly specify that the legatee by universal title shall not receive more than a given portion of the succession.
