Article 747
Mistake
(1)
In the case of mistake, the provisions of this Code relating to the invalidation of contracts on the ground of mistake shall apply by analogy.

A provision contained in a will may not be invalidated on such ground unless the mistake which was committed by the testator and influenced his mind in a decisive manner results from the contents of the will itself, or from a written document to which the will makes reference.
