Article 739
2. Provisions in Favor of Guardian
(1)
The Court may invalidate a testamentary provision made by the testator in favor of his guardian.
#(2)
The provisions of sub-Article (1) shall not apply unless the testator dies before he attains the age of twenty years.
#(3)
The provisions of sub-Article (1) shall not apply where the beneficiary of the testamentary provision is an ascendant of the testator.
