Article 762
Alienation of the Thing Bequeathed
(1)
Any alienation of the thing bequeathed, whether in whole or in part, made willingly by the testator shall operate as a revocation of the legacy in regard to all that which has been alienated.
#(2)
Such revocation shall remain effective notwithstanding that the thing comes again to belong to the testator at a later date.
