Article 780
Condition of Marrying or Not Marrying
(1)
A condition that the legatee shall marry or shall not marry a particular person, or a condition in general terms that the legatee shall not marry or shall not remarry shall be of no effect.
#(2)
The testator may stipulate that the legatee shall have the usufruct of certain property or shall receive a specified pension during that period of time in which he is unmarried or not remarried.
