Article 769
Interpretation
(1)
In case of doubt, a will shall be interpreted in conformity with the presumed intention of the testator as resulting from the will itself and other circumstances.
#(2)
However, where the terms of the will are clear, they may not be departed from to seek by means of interpretation the true intention of the testator.
