Article 793
Time for Bringing Action
(1)
The substitute, his representative or the person appointed by the testator for the purpose of having the substitution complied with, may at any time demand the nullity of the alienation or of the attachment which have taken place unduly.
#(2)
It suffices that they institute their action within two years from the opening of the substitution.
