Article 183
Proof to the Contrary
(1)
The Court may authorize the proof against the particulars in the record of birth where there are serious indications which put in doubt the accuracy of the particulars in the record.
#(2)
Appeal shall lie against a decision of a Court which disallowed the proof against the particulars of the record of birth.
