Article 251
2. Considerable Income
(1)
Where the income of the minor is considerable and the guardian is neither the father nor the mother of the minor, the provisions of sub-Article (1) of Article 250 may be set aside by the family council.
#(2)
In such case, the family council shall fix a lump sum, which shall be given each year to the guardian out of the income of the minor, for the normal expenses of the maintenance and education of the latter.
#(3)
The balance of the income of the minor shall remain in the hands of the guardian to be invested by the latter in the interests of the minor.
