Article 280
Contracts between Guardian and Minor
(1)
A guardian may not buy or take on lease the property of the minor nor may he conclude any other, contract with the minor, except with the authorization of the family council.
#(2)
He may not accept the transfer of any right or claim against the minor except with the authorization of the family council.
