Article 195
2. Possible Modification of Such Order
(1)
Any relative of the child by consanguinity or by affinity may request that the function of guardian of the child be accorded to him and not to the person who should perform such function by virtue of Article 194.
#(2)
Such requests shall be made to the family council, if the interested persons are in agreement, or, in other cases, to the Court, within two months from the day on which the legal guardian has been vested with his function.
#(3)
The application shall be allowed or dismissed having regard solely to the interest of the minor and after the interested parties have been heard and the opinion of the family council has been obtained, where appropriate.
