Article 295
Non-Contractual Obligations
(1)
The provisions of the Title relating to non-contractual obligations shall apply to the extra-contractual liability of the minor and to any unlawful enrichment he may have derived.
#(2)
The mere statement made by a minor that he has attained majority shall not deprive him of the right of availing himself of his minority.
