Article 217
Guardian May be Remunerated
(2)
An annual compensation may be granted to the guardian where the administration of the property of the minor takes a considerable part of his time or he is not related to the minor either by consanguinity or by affinity.
#(3)
Such compensation may only be taken from the income of the minor and may not exceed one fourth of such income.
