Article 284
2. Everyday Transactions
(1)
A transaction may in no case be regarded as an everyday transaction where for its conclusion the law requires the authorization of the family council.
#(2)
Nor may a transaction ever be regarded as a transaction of everyday if it imposes on the minor an expense or obligations the value of which exceeds two, hundred Nakfas.
