Article 289
Rendering of Accounts of Management
(1)
In the course of the guardianship, the guardian shall render account of his management to the family council on such conditions and at such times as shall be fixed by the latter.
#(2)
The father and the mother of the minor are exempt from such obligation when they exercise the function of guardian.
