Members of Family Council
(1)
Members of the family council shall incur no liability by reason of their function, except in the case of fraud.
#(2)
However, by, signing the minute of the meeting of the family council, they guarantee that the meeting has been convened and that the deliberations have taken place in conformity with the law.
