Article 210
2. Judicially Interdicted Persons
(2)
Where a person during the exercise of such function is judicially interdicted, his guardian shall without delay inform the person who, by virtue of the law, is to replace the interdicted person in that function.

In default of such person, he shall apply to the Court for another person to be appointed in place of the interdicted person.
