Article 267
Commercial or Other Enterprises
(1)
Where commercial, industrial or other enterprises form part of the patrimony of the minor, the family council shall instruct a guardian, who is not the father or the mother of the child, whether he should liquidate such enterprises or keep them going.
#(2)
For this purpose, it shall have regard to the time for which the guardianship is to continue and the abilities and potential of the guardian as well as the interests of the minor.
