Article 245
Nature of Office
(1)
The office of member of the family council and of assistant guardian are compulsory, under the same reservations as those relating to the office of guardian.
#(3)
The provisions relating to the disability and to the unworthiness of the guardian shall apply to the members of the family council and to the assistant guardian.
