Article 128
Form and Cost
(1)
Copies or extracts shall be signed by the civil status officer who delivers them and shall bear the seal of the administrative department to which he belongs.
#(2)
The prescribed fee shall be charged on their delivery, as well as, where appropriate, the postal expenses for the sending of the copy or of the extract.
