Article 44
Quarters or Sections of Communes
(1)
Where an urban commune is divided into several quarters, a different civil status officer may be appointed for each quarter by the administration.

Where a section of a rural commune is isolated or is far from the center of the commune, a different civil status officer may be appointed for such section of a commune by the administration.
