Article 55
Drawing up of Records
(1)
The records of civil status shall be drawn up by the civil status officer on his own initiative whenever he has the particulars required for drawing up such records.
#(2)
The civil status officer may, where he thinks fit, summon any interested party, with the object of completing the information which he requires and make them sign the record.
