Article 139
Probative Value
(1)
The Court shall determine freely the value attached to acts of notoriety taking into consideration the date and the circumstances in which they have been drawn up. The Court may take such steps as are necessary to verify the particulars contained in the act.
#(2)
An act of notoriety approved by the Court, shall have the same effect as a record of civil status.
