Judgments
(1)
After a judgment as referred to in sub-Article (2) of Article 53 has become final, the Court registrar is obliged to notify, without delay, the civil status officer who keeps the child’s record of birth.

After a judgment as referred to in sub-Article (3) of Article 53 has become final, the Court registrar is obliged to notify, without delay, the civil status officer who keeps the record of marriage of the parties.
