Article 138
Report Annexed Thereto
(1)
The civil status officer or the notary who has drawn up an act of notoriety shall annex thereto a report to the Court on the circumstances in which he has performed his task.
#(2)
He shall mention in particular whether the act of notoriety is in conflict with a record of civil status or with another act of notoriety previously drawn up.
