Article 50
Departmental Office
(1)
The administration of the region shall appoint in each chief town of the departments of the region the personnel of the departmental office of civil status.
#(2)
Such personnel shall include, besides a director responsible for the organization and supervision, officials in sufficient number to ensure the performance of the work incumbent on the office.
