Article 57
Records to be Drawn after Prescribed Periods
(1)
After the periods laid down in Article 56 have expired, records of civil status may only be drawn up when sanctioned by Court decision.

In such case as referred to in sub-Article (1), the record shall bear a reference to such judgment.
