Article 2177
Capacity
(1)
Any person fourteen years of age or older has the capacity to enter into a contract of employment.
#(2)
No contract of employment shall be enforceable against a person younger than eighteen years of age if it is prejudicial to that person. If the contract is prejudicial, the young person shall not be liable for any damages arising from the contract.
