Article 2186
Renewal of Contract of Employment
(1)
A contract of employment for a definite period shall be deemed renewed for an indefinite period where the employee continues work after the termination of the definite period.
#(2)
Either the employer or the employee may terminate a contract of employment renewed under sub-Article (1) without notice at any time within three months from the date of renewal.
