Article 2208
Advance on Wages
(1)
The employer shall grant advances to an employee in need according to the work which has already been done, where the employer can do so without detriment to himself.
#(2)
He may not grant an advance to the employee for work which has not yet been done unless the wages of the employee may be transferred by the employee.
