Article 2277
2. Exceptions
(1)
The employer shall be relieved of the obligations laid down in Article 2276 where the employee intentionally contracts the illness.
#(2)
The employer shall also be relieved where the employee goes into a hospital under a scheme of compulsory health insurance.
#(3)
The employer may not relieve himself of the obligations laid down in Article 2276 by terminating the contract on the ground of the illness of his employee.
