Article 2263
Principle
(1)
Where the work given to the employee enables him to meet the clients of the employer or enter into the secrets of his business, the parties may provide that the employee shall not, after the termination of the contract, enter into competitive business with his employer or engage in any way whatsoever in an undertaking which would compete with the employer.
