Article 2223
Leave for Special Purposes
(1)
An employee shall be entitled to leave with pay for the time used to exercise his civil rights or duties or to appear before bodies competent to hear labor disputes.
#(2)
Employee association leaders shall be entitled to leave with pay for the purpose of carrying out their duties in accordance with the terms of a collective agreement.
