Article 2188
Tools and Materials
(1)
Unless the contract of employment provides otherwise, the employer shall provide the employee the tools and materials necessary for the performance of his work.
#(2)
Where the employee provides them himself in whole or in part without being compelled to do so, the employer shall compensate him for them.
