Article 2262
Providing Certificate of Work
(1)
The employee may demand at the end of his contract that the employer shall give him a certificate showing only the nature of his work and the length of his service, as well as the name and address of the employer.
#(2)
The certificate shall not include a testimonial concerning the quality of the work done or the conduct of the employee, unless the employee expressly requires his employer to give this testimonial.
