Article 2239
Suspension of Periodic Payments
(a)Periodic payments may be suspended where the injured employee:
# (a)refuses or neglects to submit to a medical examination, or in any way intentionally obstructs or unnecessarily delays such an examination;
# (b)behaves in a manner calculated to delay his recovery; or
# (c)violates directives issued by a public authority that are applicable to injured employees.
# (b)The suspension shall cease as soon as the, circumstances which cause the suspension cease.
# (c)The injured employee shall in no event be entitled to payments for the period during which payment was suspended.
